Designed as a private residence, the project focuses on creating a spacious, calm, and elegant living environment that reflects both international design standards and local craftsmanship. This Iskenderun residential interior design was shaped around the client’s request for a bright and airy home atmosphere. Openness, natural light, and seamless spatial flow define the overall concept, resulting in interiors that feel balanced, comfortable, and visually serene.
A curated selection of imported designer furniture was used throughout the home to reinforce its international character. Iconic pieces from Minotti, Poliform, B&B Italia, Walter Knoll, Knoll, Cassina, Agapecasa, Vitra Eames, Tom Dixon, and Maison Dada were carefully combined with custom-designed furniture, allowing the space to feel both globally sophisticated and uniquely personal. Local production was equally important in achieving this balance. Bespoke furniture elements were designed and manufactured by Enne Mobilya, ensuring harmony between international brands and local expertise. Calacatta marble interior applications were used as the primary stone throughout shared spaces, enhancing elegance and visual continuity. Lighting was carefully planned as an essential component of the interior experience. The residential lighting design supports the open-plan layout, highlights material textures, and maintains a warm, inviting ambiance without disrupting the sense of spaciousness.
In selected areas, custom marquetry parquet flooring was applied with specially designed patterns. These bespoke floors were produced by Arttek Parke, adding craftsmanship and subtle visual depth while maintaining a contemporary interior aesthetic.
All window and facade systems were executed using Schüco joinery systems, ensuring high performance in insulation, comfort, and long-term durability. This technical choice complements the architectural clarity expected from a luxury home design project in Turkey.
