Joe & the Juice is a Denmark based global brand representing a contemporary food and beverage culture focused on healthy living, dynamism, and social interaction. Following Toros and Partners being selected to collaborate with the Joe & the Juice global design team, one of the key projects realized in Türkiye was the Levent Kanyon store in Istanbul.
The Joe & the Juice Levent Kanyon store was designed and delivered in close coordination with the brand’s Copenhagen headquarters, in line with its global design principles. Throughout the process, the aim was to preserve the internationally recognized spatial language of the brand while adapting it sensitively to Istanbul’s urban context and local user habits.
The spatial organization supports Joe & the Juice’s values of transparency, speed, and openness. The open-plan layout strengthens the relationship between the bar and the user, while the fluid circulation responds to the intense pedestrian flow of an urban center such as Kanyon. The store functions as an active meeting point that remains connected to the city throughout the day.
While remaining faithful to the global design language, scale, material choices, and atmosphere were carefully calibrated to the local context. This approach allows the space to reflect Joe & the Juice’s international identity while naturally integrating into Istanbul’s architectural and social environment, establishing a balanced dialogue between global standards and local sensibilities.
The Joe & the Juice Levent Kanyon store offers a clear and functional interior design that spatially supports the brand’s focus on healthy lifestyles and social interaction. The project is positioned as a considered example of food and beverage interior design for global brands in Istanbul.
Designed by Toros and Partners, Joe & the Juice Levent Kanyon reflects the studio’s experience in working with international brands and coordinating with global design teams. The project forms part of Toros and Partners’ broader practice of delivering brand oriented interior architecture projects in Türkiye and across different geographies.
